Last updated: 14 May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern ticket purchases and attendance at events promoted by FROLIC CVLTURE. By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
All ticket sales are subject to availability. A ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and ticket category shown on your confirmation email.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Additional processing fees may be displayed at checkout.
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible purchasers will receive a refund to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will usually remain valid for the new date.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. Entry is restricted to persons meeting the legal age requirements for the event and venue.
Venue operators and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for intoxication, disorderly conduct, failure to comply with venue policies, or behaviour that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
Where alcohol is served, service is provided in accordance with applicable liquor licensing laws. Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol.
Lineups, performers, schedules, and venues may change without notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, except where required by law.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you have concerns, please contact event staff upon arrival.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. FROLIC CVLTURE and venue partners are not liable for loss, theft, or damage except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FROLIC CVLTURE excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Personal information is collected to process bookings, communicate about events, and comply with legal obligations. Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Fraudulent purchases or improper chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation and restriction from future events.
Promo codes are subject to expiry dates, availability, and specific terms. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
